@BinroHeretic @lednaBM What, that allegedly fictional brown person who allegedly spoke Aramaic? Never seen Him in any local church in my life...
The concensus of scholars who have studied these texts all their working lives "agree that a Jewish man named Jesus of Nazareth did exist in the Herodian Kingdom of Judea and the subsequent Herodian tetrarchy in the 1st century AD, upon whose life and teachings Christianity was later constructed, but a distinction is made by scholars between 'the Jesus of history' and 'the Christ of faith'."
I believe them, not random strangers on social media.
It's weird how you cling to the belief that Jesus never existed, despite the scholarly consensus that he did. Particularly since his physical existence makes absolutely no difference to belief in God. There's the man and the created myth, which you're free to disbelieve. Two separate things.
It's almost as if you've made it the rock of your anti-theist faith, and that any heresy on your part will split it asunder, leaving you sprawled in the ruins.
