AlexanderVI<p>I&#39;m as pleased as the next person that there&#39;s excitement around part 2 of <a href="https://stranger.social/tags/Dune" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>Dune</span></a> , and I sincerely hope more people become interested in and read the source material, but as far as I am concerned there will only ever be one Dune film, and it was </p><p>1. directed by <a href="https://stranger.social/tags/AlanSmithee" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>AlanSmithee</span></a> ,<br />2. completely and utterly impenetrable; and <br />3. featured Gordon Sumner in wingèd underpants.</p>
