Stranger.social is a general use server and open to the public. This server is US based server. Cloud hosted and backed-up daily.

Reporting and Moderation - When reporting accounts, please include at least a few postings that demonstrate rule-breaking behavior, if appropriate. Please provide any relevant supporting information in the comment if it could be used to inform a decision. This is especially crucial when the content is in a language other than English.

We typically respond to reports within 24 hours. Please keep in mind that you are not contacted when a complaint you filed results in a punitive action, and that not all punitive acts are apparent from the outside. We may choose to erase offensive content for first-time offenses before progressing to harsher sanctions for repeat violations.
